Please read all of the description information carefully. If you have any questions or are unsure about something please send me a question through the Contact form. I don't offer change of mind returns.

All of my jewellery is handmade by me. Once I receive your order I begin to make your piece. Some items take longer to make than others, please contact me if you need something made quickly and I will be able to give you a time estimate. Sometimes I need to order the beads for a piece and these items will be marked with a pre-order option and the time estimate will be shown. I don't offer change of mind returns. If you are unsure about the size you need for a bracelet or necklace, please contact me for assistance. If you are unhappy with an item and want it changed to suit you more, I will happily do this at cost for minor alterations. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. Goodwill is an important part of my business I want you to be happy with the beautiful items you buy.
