AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING.

Postage in Australia is $15. Parcels can take up to 6 business days. I use Australia Post and Couriers depending on what pickup options are available at the time. 

Production times differ with each piece. All of my jewellery is handmade. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

International shipping cost is $30 to most countries. Please contact me for more information.

International Buyers. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please note customs can delay your parcel. Delivery times vary, please contact me for more information.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by Paypal. Paypal protects all of your information and has a buyer protection program. If you don't have a Paypal account you can also pay with a credit card without having to set up a Paypal account. If you aren't sure how to do this please contact me and I will send you information on how to do this.

I don't include a printed receipt with your order. All details of the transaction are in your initial email confirming the order. Paypal also sends you an email with transaction details. If however you still require a printed receipt please leave me a note at checkout and I will include a receipt.

REFUNDS/RETURNS.

Please read all of the description information carefully. If you have any questions or are unsure about something please send me a question through the Contact form. I don't offer change of mind returns.

All of my jewellery is handmade by me. Once I receive your order I begin to make your piece. Some items take longer to make than others, please contact me if you need something made quickly and I will be able to give you a time estimate. Sometimes I need to order the beads for a piece and these items will be marked with a pre-order option and the time estimate will be shown. I don't offer change of mind returns. If you are unsure about the size you need for a bracelet or necklace, please contact me for assistance. If you are unhappy with an item and want it changed to suit you more, I will happily do this at cost for minor alterations. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. Goodwill is an important part of my business I want you to be happy with the beautiful items you buy.

Privacy and your information.

Information collected on this website is solely for the use of fulfilling your order or replying to queries via the contact form. Your email address is used to contact you about your order and your address is used to post your order. Your phone number will be used to contact you if there is a problem with your order and will also be included in the information given to the parcel carrier so if they need to they can contact you as well. I do not use this information for any other purpose. I may contact you in regard to your order if I need more information and to inform you of the progress of your order. This website does not collect or store your financial information. I choose to use Paypal rather than store financial information on this site.
